Q. If I live in Columbus, Georgia can I pick my order up?

A. Yes, the pick up details are sent to the phone number on your order. 

Q. How long does processing and shipping take?

A. Processing typically takes 1-7 business days. Shipping takes 1-3 business days. In total, it can take 3-10 business days for your order to be delivered. Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days and will arrive to the customer in 3-7 business days. 
Please keep in mind before placing your order that due to COVID-19, 
shipping delays can occur. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details.

Q. What method is used for shipping?

A. All packages are shipped UPS or USPS. Please see our shipping policy for more info. 

Q. Do you have express or overnight shipping?

A. At the moment, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.  

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

A. All sales are final. 

Q. Where can I see customer photos and reviews?

A. Our customers can be found on our social media accounts and by clicking the "Reviews" option while scrolling through products. 

Q. My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?

A. Unfortunately, Blush Hair and Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q. I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund?

A. Unfortunately, Blush Hair and Co. is not responsible for address entered incorrectly. Please be sure you are using the correct address.

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

A. Once your order is returned back to sender, we will contact you via email at the same email address you provided at checkout. If you’re requesting for your order to be reshipped, you must pay a reship fee. If you’d rather not have your order reshipped, we will issue a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost to be used on the website.
